How Much Power Do Off-Duty Police Officers Have?
No matter if they’re in uniform or not, or if they’re drinking in public or not, a police officer needs to be treated equally. It does not matter whether they are in civil dress, they cannot drink alcohol while on duty anywhere, not even in their parking spot.
