Firstly, you have to find out the app that’s causing the problem. Check our list of apps to see if you have any of them installed. If not, then you have to find out the apps that are causing this notification to appear.
Once you have identified the apps, you have to turn off App notifications for that particular app. Follow the steps below to turn off App notifications on your device.
How to Turn Off App Notifications on Android
Step 1 – Go to Settings and tap on Apps.
Step 2 – Tap on the App that’s causing the problem then tap on Notifications.
Step 3 – Tap on the “Turn off all notifications” option.
Step 4 – You will get a popup saying “If you turn off App Notifications, you may miss important alerts and updates.” Just tap on the OK button.

Step 1 – Go to Settings and tap on Notifications.
Step 2 – Tap on the particular App and you’ll see that the “Allow Notifications” option is turned ON.

If turning off the App Notifications option globally doesn’t help then you have to turn off these notifications from inside the app. If you have the TuneIn Radio app installed you can get rid of this alert by Opening the TuneIn Radio app > Going to Settings (gear icon) > Notifications > Tap to turn off Notifications.

If you followed the steps correctly then you will see “Safe mode” on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Step 1 – Press and hold the Power button and the Home button together until you see the Apple logo.
Step 2 – Release the Power and Home button and instantly press and hold the Volume Up button until the device boots up in Safe Mode.
After entering into Safe Mode, wait for some time to check if the voice notification is still there or it’s gone. If the issue is gone then there is a problem with one of your pre-installed apps. You will need to disable the particular pre-installed app manually to solve this issue.
If the annoying voice notification is still there then it means that the problem is caused by a third-party app and not by any of your pre-installed apps. In such a case, you can follow the solutions mentioned below to solve this problem.

A lot of ifs in this resolution. Someone needs to get to the bones of it. I don’t want to turn off weather notification. I want this man’s voice to stop talking on my phone. I wish I could get my hands on this sob

Doesn’t work, apps are disabled and nothing appears in the Notifications area and that damn voice still comes across. Samsung needs to remove it from their damn updates since they don’t give us an option to turn it off or remove it.
Well….it has been 5 days and no “new station alert has arrived”….I had shut down almost all of the notification toggles on my apps….and still the notifications would still come in…….then I went to my Facebook app and turned off or disabled all Facebook subsets that are listed under Facebook app…….and so far no new station alerts…. I will give it time…………
